01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

02 Membership Eligibility
To register for and use the dewi5000 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

- Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

03 Registration & Account Management
3.1 One Account Per Individual
Each individual is permitted to hold only one dewi5000 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. dewi5000 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts without prior notice.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information you provide during dewi5000 registration must be accurate, complete and up to date at all times. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your information current via the dewi5000 account profile section whenever any changes occur.
3.3 Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your dewi5000 account password secure. Never share your password with anyone. dewi5000 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to safeguard your password.

4.1 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 20. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, transactions exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification in accordance with dewi5000's KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
4.2 Deposit Processing
All successfully processed deposits will be credited to your dewi5000 account balance instantly or within a matter of seconds, depending on your chosen payment method. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact the dewi5000 support team with proof of your transaction for follow-up.
Important: All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the member's own name. dewi5000 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from an unusual source will be temporarily frozen pending investigation.
05 Withdrawal of Winnings
Dewi5000 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within three minutes of the date the request was submitted. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit, or an equivalent method where applicable.
5.1 Withdrawal Requirements
- Your dewi5000 account must have completed the full verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal can be approved.
- Any active bonus must meet its associated wagering requirement before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made when there are no active investigations on your account.
- The applicant's identity must match the registered account information.
5.2 Withdrawal Limits
The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM 50. 06 Bonus & Promotions
Dewi5000 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:
6.1 Wagering Requirement
Every bonus received carries wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. dewi5000's standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount received. For example, a RM 50 bonus requires a total wagering amount of RM 1,000 before any withdrawal is permitted.
6.2 Bonus Validity Period
All dewi5000 bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stipulated period will expire and be credited back to the bonus account without any claim. The standard validity period is 7 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition
Any attempt to abuse the dewi5000 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim new bonuses, hedge betting across different accounts, or using automation software — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings, as well as permanent suspension of the accounts involved.
Important Note: dewi5000 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and binding.
07 Game Rules

7.1 Game Results
All game outcomes generated by dewi5000's RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final. Our RNG has been certified by an independent third-party auditing body to ensure fairness and true randomness in every game result. Any claims or disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 24 hours of the time the game in question took place.
7.2 Technical Disruptions

08 Prohibited Conduct

- Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
- Self-exclusion requests by members through the responsible gaming programme.

- Service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
